The filters were filthy, making it hard to breathe. I woke up congested and with a scratchy throat. Thankfully, they provided a humidifier later, which finally helped me sleep better.

The bar served lots of meals for breakfast. I enjoyed magnificent and incredible location just next door to many sightseeing spots, quant restaurants, and nishiki market, it was in a central area.

There was something as breakfast missing.

Had central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a fridge in my classic king studio😀

We loved this hotel! The location is perfect, just a short walk to downtown and attractions. The rooms are spacious and modern, equipped with great amenities like air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The bar/lounge area was a cozy spot for relaxation after a long day.

the room was well furnished and large and we liked an electric kettle and a refrigerator. all the staff was extremely helpful. the location was absolutely perfect and excellent, within a close distance from a historic marketplace.

The breakfast was such a letdown - super overpriced for what you get. I ended up skipping it and grabbing something nearby instead. I wish I'd known before, as it totally affected my morning vibe!

The location was great for exploring nearby restaurants and cafes, made it easy to find good food! Plus, I loved the luggage storage service. It was a lifesaver for our group when we wanted to roam freely before catching our train.

Great room layout and super comfortable bed! The shower was powerful, and the toiletries were great. Staff were so friendly-shoutout to Heyman for the best coffee. Coin laundry on every floor was handy too. Loved the vibe at the downstairs bar 🥳

My recent stay was for a family trip to Kyoto, and the location was quite convenient with easy access to local attractions like Nishiki Market just a short walk away. The room was cozy and well-designed, though on the smaller side. It was great to have self-service amenities like extra towels and teabags available on each floor. While I missed having a functioning fridge for baby food prep, the staff were very accommodating and helped us heat food. It was a decent experience for a budget-friendly option.

The location could be inconvenient for some, being a 10-15 minute walk from the nearest train station!!! Room cleaning every four days means no fresh towels if you're there for a short stay!!! Slight morning noise from housekeeping might disrupt your rest!!!

My family faced significant issues with the room. The fridge was non-functional, which hindered us from preparing meals for our toddler. The laundry facilities were inadequate. The dryer failed to do its job despite multiple cycles. All of this added to a disappointing and frustrating experience.

Friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms, modern facilities, great shower design, quiet location.
